Who this is for

This ticket suits visitors who want both the Medici palace interiors and the garden on a single visit and a single nominative reservation — a half-day at the Pitti complex on the Oltrarno. Each visitor needs their own ID-matched ticket; tell us each person's exact name as it appears on the passport they will travel on, and we book each one correctly.

On the day

Arrive at the reserved-entry line 10–15 minutes before your slot at the Palazzo Pitti courtyard entrance, Piazza de' Pitti, with the physical ID matching each name on the ticket. Many visitors do the palace galleries first while the day is cool, then the garden — or reverse it in summer to climb the garden early and finish indoors in the heat. There is no time limit inside; allow around half a day for both.
